Each module gives detailed explanations of processes, methods and ingredients, enhanced with photographs and videos to illustrate certain techniques which will aid the learning process.

The Bakery School will help you to work through each module step by step and at the end complete an online assessment which will reinforce your learning with a series of questions. The online assessment is a simple test to check on your understanding of the module and your answers will give you an immediate result. If questions are answered incorrectly the text will explain why the answer is incorrect. When you have finished the assessment your own personal certificate showing your competence can be printed and this can be used support your training record.
