About The Bakery School Certification program

The Bakery School gives you an opportunity to take an on line assessment at the conclusion of all modules.

This will reinforce the learning process, an 80% pass mark will give you the exclusive Bakery School Certificate that you can print out, and include in your training portfolio.

The questions are structured with one correct answer, and two incorrect answers. A full explanation of why the answer is correct or incorrect is given.

If you do not achieve the required pass mark, then you will be advised to restudy the module again, this time a different set of questions will be available.

Each user of the module has their marks recorded, and the past marks are stored and are available for review by the user and employer.

For the employer this information will prove to be invaluable in forming a part of a regular review process for staff appraisal.

The delivery of good underpinning knowledge to support the staff in the workplace is a visual way for the employee, to understand the commitment of their employer to their development.
